Safe, effective sunscreen
I've used this sunscreen on my whole family. It rubs in better than other brands of rub on sunscreen ive used. The spf of 30 made be wonder if it'd keep us from burning since we usually use an spf of at least 50. But I think this worked better than our spf 50. We spent many days at the pool using this sunscreen and did not burn. The waterproof aspect of this is effective. I also like this is a safer sunscreen. I have switched to this brand for my family.

Cure my acne. Moisturizing but not too oily. Perfect!
Update March 12, 2019: They changed the formula. I just opened a new tube and noticed that it glided on my face much better. The first ingredient is no longer shea butter but aloe vera gel. Argan oil is also added as the third ingredient before shea which makes it's more liquid. If any of you see the comment that says it's hard to apply, that's no longer true. I now can apply it on top of my vitamin C gel. They also add a bunch of antioxidant and plant extracts which help when you're exposed to the sun. At first, I'm a bit worried that my sensitive skin may react to those extract, but so far, it's all good. The differences between the old and new formula;1. The new one is much easier to apply but also more oily. You will need a bit of powder on top.2. The new one is less chalky. Thus, it's better for a darker skin tone. However, the old one was a better primer if you have a light skin tone.3. The new one no longer contains green tea extract. It was replaced with calendula extract and a bunch of herbal extracts which makes the smell more "herbal". This can be good or bad depends on how you like it. I'm fine with it.Overall, I prefer the old formula for its superior primer effect and more matt. However, my skin seems to like them both equally.Update on June 24, 2018: This 3 oz tube lasts sooo long. I also like that it's not separated into layers like some oil base sunscreen. The tube is not transparent, so I can't see how much left. Guessing from the weight, I think there's still around 1/4 left after 5 months of daily use on the face. My skin has almost no acne now besides some hormonal monthly acne. Will continue to use it for sure! :)Orginal review: I have a dry yet sensitive and acne-prone skin, the worst combination ever! Since my favorite sunscreen was discontinued, I have been on a quest to find a replacement for a year. This sunscreen is the first one that has everything I'm looking for. It's moisturizing but has a matt finish. It acts like a primer and blurs my pore. I can easily put powder and concealer on top of it on the day I need to wear a makeup. On the day that I don't need a full coverage, I mix in a bit of foundation to "color" it.The ingredients are full of antioxidant. The first 4 ingredients like Zinc, Shea butter, Calendula, and green tea extract are known acne fighters. I have been using it for just 10 days and the result has exceeded my expectation. Not only my pores has gotten smaller but ALL my inflamed acne has disappeared! This has never happened before except when I used 10% benzoyl peroxide (which cause my skin redness and flaky, so I had to stop using it). My skin now looks very healthy, no more redness, pimples, or dryness. The cons:If you use vitamin C serum or any gel-like moisturizer, it tends to peel off when you put this sunscreen on top. I fix it by mixing a drop of Argan oil with the serum. If you're not acne-prone like me, other kitchen oils like olive oil etc. should be fine as well. The reason for this long review is that I hope people will use it more so that Babo will not discontinue it. I hope I won't have to search for a new sunscreen again. That was not fun!

Safe and works great too
I’ve been pretty obsessed with finding clean sunscreen for last two years and this is the first one I’ve bought that I really liked. Yes, it’s white when it goes on, but it rubs in a lot better than the others I’ve tried! I found another from a different brand last summer that also rubbed in, but left our skin really greasy. I don’t get that with Babo Botanicals. My 18m/o has sensitive skin and it works well for him too. My only wish is that the bottle was bigger.

Great Protection, Minimal Cast
I like this sunscreen. It's a touch tacky but not too bad if you really rub it in well and has a minimal white cast (which sometimes just can't be helped since it's a mineral sunscreen). I can't detect any fragrance which is a little odd for sunscreen but great for those sensitive to fragrance. I felt like it provided good protection out by the pool as well. Overall, I'd purchase it again.

EWG Verified & Cost-Effective & No White Cast
I'm happy to have found this sunscreen. Most sunscreen products on the market these days contain hormone-disrupting chemicals that can be absorbed into the skin, such as Avobenzone, which is unfortunately FDA-approved. Titanium dioxide and zinc oxide cannot be absorbed into the skin, nor are they hormone disrupters. If you're interested, check out EWG's "The trouble with ingredients in sunscreens" for more information. After understanding how these chemicals impact human health, I stopped using all my other sunscreen products, including Neutrogena, which was definitely amazing under makeup. This Bobo sunscreen is thick, spreadable, and only produces a faint white cast on the skin. Before applying any makeup, I squeeze a quarter-size amount onto my hand, spread it evenly across my face, and let it set for 10-15 minutes before applying any makeup foundation with a foundation brush. I also use loose-setting powder to tamp down the greasiness before applying any powdery products (e.g., eye shadow, blush, etc.). Before leaving the house, I also apply a healthy amount on my neck, arms, back of my hands, and any skin areas exposed to sunlight. It's been working very well; I don't have any skin reactions to it. It's such a gem and a must-have for everyone who goes out to get sun all year round.

Healthy and Effective!
The only sunscreen I feel comfortable using on my kids. Yes, you need to rub it in a bit to make it appear less white, but that's a small price to pay for having a clean ingredient, sun safe product for me. I have combatted this by using makeup brushes to help with application, does wonders! In terms of mineral sunscreen, this is on the thinner side and thus far easier to apply than any others that I have tried.

Perfect for brown skin!
This sunscreen has the perfect consistency. Not too thick or thin. It also has no white cast on brown skin. I search long and hard all the time to find a sunscreen that doesn’t leave a white cast on brown skin. This is it if you don’t want to look like a ghost. Run don’t walk!

Me encantó

Vegan sunscreen for kids and adults
Sunscreen for kids and adults, and it is vegan. Applies white but color tones down after awhile. Good for my sensitive acne prone skin.

Lovely feel on the skin
I haven't used it enough to check how protective it is but so far am happy with the feel of the cream and a good compromise price wise with the healthier options.
