Another item in a boating emergency kit
This would help at night / dusk for emergency people to locate you (after a mayday call) - It's another item in a boating emergency kit.Lightweight which in my opinion is good.Simple on / off (screw to open / close battery connection method) - so may not be watertight when in "off" position.Wish it was brighter than 350 lumens but can't find anything stronger on the market..I threaded a whistle on a lanyard (purchased separately from my local sports shop).

After one use it failed
i use it on my dive flag at night and it got water in it after i tightened it it was in the water for over an hour as i keep it below the flag to illuminate the water while i have a top light but this failed not sure why

Terrible garbage
Total garbage if I can do 0 stars I will. If you life depended on it you will regret buying this! Terrible product and a waste of money. Don’t go Cheap and buy the better one.
