Too much resistance for me to use for assisted pull ups but well made and a good band. I just ordered the wrong strength

Snapped after 3 sets
Product arrived on time but after using for 10 minutes the band snapped during the forth set of use. Really poor and not fit for purpose could have resulted in an injury. Would not recommend. If could give zero stars would.
