On the first floor of my house, I have tile and cement floors. While the tile floors that I have are not completely flat, this vacuum goes over them with ease. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and even with all of the fur that we get on our floor in a single day, this vacuum cleans it up like nothing. I do have to clean it out a little more than most people I know with a robotic vacuum, because they have no or maybe 1 or 2 pets, that is not a problem for me at all. This vacuum cleans under our stairs and all around the house much better than I actually thought. While there is a little noise while this is going on, it's not as loud as my actual vacuum. When it comes to vacuuming my living room, which has cement floors, this vacuum goes under my couch without me having to move or adjust it. While my couch is not completely lifted, the gap between the couch and the floor is big enough for this vacuum to go underneath and clean underneath. Setting this vacuum up was a lot easier than I thought and same is said for cleaning it out. When my animals do see it running, they do move as they don't care for it still. The only issue I have is that you do have to watch out for it while it's running. I have it scheduled for when I would normally be at work but since I'm working from home, I do tend to look out for it more often. Since it is a lot quieter than my push vacuum, watching where I step has been a new thing for me to get used to. Other than that, this vacuum makes it so much easier to clean up all the fur that is around our house.

This does work well for the price..I have some upholstered chairs that it got stuck under.. a learning curve about what to block that it could get stuck under..otherwise I am happy with the help!!!

I never even tried this product. The minute I opened the box I knew something was wrong. Everything had already been unwrapped. The brush roller in the vacuum was full of somebody else’s hair. It was used even though I paid for new.

I bought my vacuum in July 2021. The side brush stopped working. I contact customer support to see about a replacement part. Millie with customer. Service was great. Instead of sending a part, she arranged for a new robot to be sent. I received my new rebot within two days.Happy Girl

A little trick! Please read... I received my Bagotte vacuum for my birthday. I ordered a replacement kit about a month later. So, here’s the deal: we have a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath, 2400 square foot home. Only the bedrooms are carpeted. The rest of our home is tile and hardwood floors. We have a 90 pound “Doberdor” (half Doberman half Labrador) that sheds. We also have 3 Pottery Barn rugs that shed - non stop! I would swiffer and sweep and vacuum daily. Then came our little Bagotte. (We named him MO - a Wall-E reference). I run him nightly. BUT... he doesn’t do our bedrooms, bathrooms, study, or mud/laundry room - just the entry way, hallway, great room, dining room, and kitchen. I clean him out every morning. No matter what the circumstances - his bin is full. He does a better job than a daily swiffer and vacuum could ever do! I am I love and I can’t live without him - but to my point! Between the dog and the carpet fibers, I could never get the large, rotating brush completely clean. The comb tool they provided got some out, but not even half of it. I would spend a good 5 minutes picking out fibers and feel like I didn’t get anywhere! Enter the... (drum roll please)... FLEA/TICK/LICE comb! I purchased a metal tooth flea comb and prayers answered - the brush is like brand new after combing out the fibers using that! I have no issues with the filters or smaller, front brushes. I just wanted to share my cleaning brush hack with anyone struggling with the same problem I was!

We received this little vacuum for christmas from my mother, and it's just wonderful! We have three cats and a Great Dane, so our home is frequently breeding ground for pet hair tumbleweeds. We vacuumed our house christmas morning. Ran this little guy the day after and every day since. When it is done, the attached dirt bin is full, each time. I haven't seen a hair tumbleweed in two days. I am thrilled with this vac as I absolutely hate vacuuming and it does a great job on our hardwood floors and area rugs as well. We used the included sensor strip to keep it from going into our daughters room because it would probably never make it back out, and it has worked perfectly. The phone app is easy to use as well. I have wanted a robot vacuum for a long time, and I absolutely love this one!

My vacuum was missing a remote. I contacted the company and got with Anita in cust.serv. She was great. Very professional courteous and helpful. Thank you all very much I received the remote it works awesome your vacuum is a great value for the money as it we find it to practically clean anything and everything on the floor.

I have not used the remote that much, and so far I am using it to mop my floors. It does an excellent job keeping the floors clean. Very happy with this product.
