If you even “think” your getting a “UTI” take a Tbsp, drink a glass of H2O, next time you use the restroom, repeat.You can do this for a few days.Ladies I’ve known take a healthy Tablespoon everyday upon waking up. The image posted for the 6 pack is of the former version of Cystex. I’ve had great success with the former version. They have completely different ingredients now and so when I saw the picture of the item - that was the one I was expecting to receive. It was a bummer, so I returned.

take on an empty stomach.....i do sometime during the wee hours of the night to get the best result
a drug resistant urinary tract infection....i wasted all that i took at the beginning sincei took it during the day without an empty stomach....this stuff expensive and to get the benefits...nothing i mean nothing on the stomach before and after....it helped taken that way...i love the taste too...
