Bad customer service
A friend of mine got it for my baby girl and she was happy . Then the iron which is supposed to have light and sound lost both sound and light after the first day. My friend contacted you and told him to send it back. Then we got the prepaid post barcode. Then we returned it back 2 weeks ago but we heard nothing since then. It is upsetting for my baby girl to lose her toy. We expect better customer service from Amazon. It is very disappointing experience . I hope that you sort it out
