NZXT 200MM Silent 700 rpm LED Fan - FS-200RB-RLED (Red)

These fans work great and they look cool too. My NZXT Phantom I case requires NZXT fans since the screw alignments are different than other brands. I believe the BitFenix ones also work, but check for yourself if applicable. I can truly say that this product really sucks - that is, it sucks all the circulating warm air out of my chassis. In fact, they work so well in conjunction with my airflow configuration (front and side intake, rear and top exhaust - totally original, I know), that the air exiting my tower is actually cold, brrr! Of course, there's about ten fans working altogether, with actually room for one more 200MM or 230MM fan on the side, which I just don't need. . .as of yet.They are well constructed, fit perfect, operate well, look great, are nearly silent, and the power and LED wires are coated with a thick insulated material, which is a very nice feature, though not needed for my setup since I have a full-size tower with lots of room, the E-ATX, multiple SLI, liquid cooling and plethora of fans, notwithstanding. A very nice feature that the original, and still efficiently operating, NZXT 200MM fan lacks. The blue hue of all my NZXT LED fans, though purchased at different times, are identical in color. It's a great product with which I am very pleased. Definitely recommended for NZXT cases.

Don't buy this if you don't have an NZXT case. The product description says it's "only guaranteed to work with NZXT products" due to some minor measurement differences. If you do have an NZXT case, though, this fan works great. It pushes plenty of air, and it's surprisingly quiet. However, I initially had some problems setting it up. When I first installed it in my NZXT Vulcan, my computer would shut down whenever I tried turning on the fan's LEDs and increasing the fan speed with my case's built-in controller. After rewiring my other fans, though, it's working perfectly fine.

This review is based on product performance for just over 2 years in my current build. One out of two fans (top mounted exhaust) has seized just outside of warranty (2 years). Overall air pressure is good and keeps the case cool. Noise levels are noticeable under full load but not excessive. I wish Noctua made a 200mm fan.

I am using this fan in my  NZXT Crafted Series ATX Full Tower Steel Chassis - Phantom Black  and it works great. I would have loved to use it as a side fan to blow in on my graphics card, however it is too thick and bumped into my  Corsair Hydro Series H70 High Performance CPU Cooler CWCH70  so I could not close the side panel door. Instead I switched to plan B and put it as a second exaust fan on the top. To put it in I had to remove the top case panel which was a little difficult to get to all the little tabs to pop it off. The screws which are included seemed a little too fat, however when screwing into the fan from the top of the case they worked perfectly. It is a tight squeeze to put in however due to the optical drives, but it works.In comparison to the stock fan which came with my case, it is much quieter but seems to move a little less air. All in all I am happy with my purchase. It is a good quality fan, it doesn't have blue LED lights, quiet, and a great addition to my rig.

What good is a "Silent 700 RPM fan" if it rattles when run at full speed? When I cut the speed down by about half it's very quiet (though still not 'silent') and moves enough air but I'm not sure this is the best 200mm fan you can buy...I just finished putting together a new system based around a core of NZXT products (case, cooler, fan control, etc) because the components had impressive features, the reviews were good and, coming from the same company, I expected the pieces to work well together. To my surprise and disappointment, every single product that I used from NZXT had moderate to significant flaws in design or execution. Either the product wasn't well thought out - features that looked good on paper didn't work as you'd expect - or the product was poorly made - software worked badly, pieces were flimsy or components were of low quality. While on paper their products may hit all the check marks when it comes to features, I can't say I could recommend any of the pieces that I had experience with and I have my doubts about NZXT's portrayal as a top-tier company focused on innovation and quality.

I bought this "200 mm" fan and it is too small for my case. I thought maybe I just got the wrong size fan but I looked at my fan package and it says 200 mm. So then I looked at my tower package and it says it holds a 200mm fan. This fan doesn't fit DON'T BUY IT. It is like barely too small. If it would fit, it blows good and looks cool. Hopefully they fix that.

Cabe perfectamente en el NZXT Phantom Black y posee un nivel de ruido bastante aceptable. Aun me falta el poder conectar el LED de iluminación pero me ha ayudado a bajar un par de grados la temperatura de la caja.

best I have purchased

The product arrived in good time etc. No problems there, however there were a few problems with the product itself.First: one of the pins in one of the provided connectors was missing. As it happens I didn't need it, but obviously that shouldn't happen.Second: The screws that came with the fan fit the fan screw holes, but do not work in the screw holes on my computer case (Alignment is fine, but the screws are too big for the case holes). I ended up attaching it by tying it to the case grating using wire.Third: It's decently quiet now, but at first there was a very audible sound from it that I don't know how to describe. It took about a week for this sound to mostly disappear.Other than that, it seems to do it's job.

Produit correspondant parfaitement à ce que cela doit être : un ventilateur de la marque NZXT, parfaitement compatible avec mon boitier (Phantom) et remplissant parfaitement ses fonctions depuis plus d'un an maintenant.Pour faire simple, pas déçu de mon achat...

Acquistate insieme al case NZXT phantom530 fanno la loro figura. certo non sono le corsair o noctua ma la qualità è buona. consigliate.
