Nice fan, screws didn't work
I ordered this fan Feb. 13, 2014 and it arrived two days later on Saturday.I installed it Saturday and found it to be kinda difficult. It was my first time installing a fan, so that was likely to blame. The screws that came with it were too small for my case (Cosair 200r). So I had to work with it until I found the ones that came with the case that actually worked.Since installing it, it's been working fine. The white light on it is very white to me. Very neutral. And that's what I was going for. Overall I recommend it, just make sure you have the right screws. I don't get why NZXT can't give out the right screws, unless my case just used weird screws. My build:PCPartPicker part list: [...]CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($109.99 @ Newegg)Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($94.79 @ Amazon)Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($86.99 @ Newegg)Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($80.99 @ Amazon)Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.98 @ OutletPC)Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card ($259.98 @ SuperBiiz)Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case ($57.99 @ Microcenter)Case Fan: NZXT Air Flow Series 83.6 CFM 140mm Fan ($12.61 @ Amazon)Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($44.99 @ Newegg)Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer ($19.98 @ OutletPC)Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 - OEM (64-bit) ($99.98 @ OutletPC)Monitor: Asus VS247H-P 23.6" Monitor ($142.99 @ NCIX US)Keyboard: Microsoft SIDEWINDER X4 Wired Gaming Keyboard ($49.99 @ Mac Mall)Mouse: Logitech G400s Wired Optical Mouse ($44.99 @ NCIX US)Headphones: Turtle Beach Ear Force Z11 Headset ($30.01 @ Amazon)Other: Silver Stone 6GB/s Sata connector ($5.99)Total: $1202.24(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)(Generated by PCPartPicker 2014-02-16 23:09 EST-0500)

Was great until my pc seemed to magically get a second hard drive!
I bought 3 of these fans when building my Ryzen rig back in March: 2 x 140mm and 1x200mm. 2 out of 3 are still working fine but one I had to remove from the top of the case because it developed a hard drive sound. It seriously sounded like I had another hard drive spinning in my PC. I do have 1 hard drive but its storage only and I'd hear the sound whenever the PC was on when it obviously wasn't using the hard drive. Narrowed it down to that fan, and tried the rubber rivots and that didn't help, was debating getting a rubber fan gasket but now that I removed it I'm glad I didn't. The one I removed was on the top of my case and when I took it out I found that whenever I tapped on it when it was upside down it would make that hard drive sound. since it was on top and set up for exhaust it was upside down in the case. Now I'm reading of 1 star reviews with bearing issues. I really didn't have a brand preference but my case is the nzxt source 530, just figured might as well go all Nzxt fans to match it. You actually have to for the 200mm fan as its not a standardized one size fits all system. But now with this issue surfacing I'm thinking if I had to do it again I would have gone with another manufacturer for the rest of the fans.

Nice addition or upgrade for an NZXT case.
Decent airflow, very quiet and the LEDs are pretty bright. Price was also fair at the time of purchase several years ago. Overall a good quality fan!

Quiet, Good CFM's, and LED's look Great
This fan easily got a 5 star. With just one of these fans my case went from hot to cold. as a top exhaustTEMPERATURES:Ambient temperature inside my case dropped 8 degrees celsius and my components temp. dropped easily 2-3 celsius.NOISE:After installing this fan in the top of my case to fill up the last of my vented areas not only did filling the last spot cut noise down quite a bit, i also couldn't even hear this extra fan. With it's size and CFM's there is no need to turn this fan past a medium/standard setting which cuts down on the noise it creates greatly.VISUAL:This fan not only good off with CLEAR blades, it actually single handedly lights up the top back quarter of my case. If i didnt have a HUGE 2gb video card in my case i wouldnt doubt that one of these fans could light up half of a case. The exterior light it emitts is pretty awesome as well.2 of my good friends have been convinced by me to buy this fan and they LOVE it. Red version of this fan looks great as well.

So good so far
I installed it as an exhaust fan at the top of Corsair Carbide 500R case today. I got the white LEDs, because I have the white version of the case, and the stock fans are also white. The noise is not bothersome at all, fairly quiet, can't really hear it too much, but then again I have it mounted at the top of my case. Not as bright as the stock fans in my case, but then again it doesn't not bother me because it is at the top of the case, and I also have a dust cover on the side panel which kinda darkens the panel so I can't really see inside anyways. Spins smoothly. Was easy to install, not sure what the screws that came with it are for since they were really short, but I had to use the fan screws that came with my case to mount it. Comes with a cable to convert the 3 pin to a 4 pin so I can connect it to my Corsair HX650W power supply. Will update this if anything significant happens. As of it's current performance, I would recommend it.

They are pretty good, but I find them slightly louder than ...
I bought 3 of these to add to my NZXT Phantom 410 case, specifically for the LED lights and price point for what your are getting. They are pretty good, but I find them slightly louder than the stock fans that came with the case, even though those were supposed to be only FN's. The noise is from the motor (a hum sound), not air flow. They are pretty quiet on low speed (I usually have it set to that) but still, probably better than most fans. However, since I got a solid state hard drive I've been obsessed with building a totally silent PC. I will probably try out a Noctua fan to compare with later on. If I still want lights I can always by an LED light strip instead. On 100% speed they are pretty loud, but give good airflow.

white LEDs (4 of them) and clear blades for a nice visual effect
Decent CFM given the noise level, white LEDs (4 of them) and clear blades for a nice visual effect. Using it as a rear exhaust in a NZXT H440 case. Inexpensive at the time of purchase (less than $10).

Modern, quiet, powerful, high pressure, inexpensive, solid.
Modern, quiet, powerful, high pressure, inexpensive, solid. I installed two into a TV cabinet to pump air where a gaming PC sits and my temps have been excellent since the install.
