I got this product about a year back. It heats up within a few mins and the good thing is that never overheats because of the cut off. Only look wise it could have been more sleek, but this is good for the money.Editing review after using for 10 months: Burnt smell came from geyser and it is not working anymore. Longway technicians are not available to check the product or to provide service. They assume that you have hard water and so their warranty is not valid. (They have a tiny small print in their manual which says that the warranty is not valid if you have hard water or if you live in a more than 4 storey building). Mine is a 3-storey building and I have never checked the hardness of water.If a product stops working within 1 year of purchase it is like throwing money in the trash.

I hv brought this geyser 7 days prior, but its not at all matching the qualities described here, the geyser is not heating water upto the mark the temp of water is as low as of u can touch hot water with ur hand, and the water is not needed to mix with the cold water and company is prescribing 6ltrs of water hold but its not in reality it will be max of 3ltrs quantity.
