Q: What is the input voltage of this device? is it 220v or does it require a power adapter?

Thanks for your question. The input voltage of the switch is 110V-240V, power adapter is no more needed, easy to use.

Q: Is this compatible with the new unifi 6 lite and unifi 6 long range ap's?

I used it to setup 14 uappro UniFi Ap’s so it don’t think it would be an issue, but I only used it as a temporary measure and not as a long term solution as I wasn’t sure the output power would be enough... I cannot answer to the longevity of the product but for temporary use it’s fine

Hi , I have the hive system which is similar and had a similar issue. Related to the ROUTER as they are locked to ip addresses This POE switch does not affect any information just links several devices to 1 ROUTER. ( also provides power to the devices ) If you have changed WiFi provider , then it is likely your ROUTER will have changed. this is going to be the most likely issue. I would suggest contacting NEST.
