First attempt today. Easy to put together. I'm about a size 16/18 and this fits about right without needing extra bits. Bit tricky to keep it going but as I said, first attempt. I can get about 3 or 4 rotations before it stops. I'm sure there's a knack to it I just havnt found it yet! Yes there's a noise as it rotates but nothing extreme. Not uncomfortable to wear. Looking forward to using it more and getting more easy to use. Brought for weightloss and strengthening.

Good quality weighted hola hoop

This arrived so quickly, I was hula hooping the very next day! I've now been using the hula hoop for 2 days and can already feel the muscles I am using! Was a little tricky at first but you soon get the hang of it. Positive I will have some good results soon. Can also do at home while watching TV!

I bought this to replace a cheaper version I had . First few goes I thought mmm maybe I am not good at this . But I kept going and yip I can do it and wow don't I know its doing its job . I will say its more comfortable than my other and I'm getting more confident using it so onwards and upwards .

Much more sturdy than the last one I bought

Took me a while to make it go around more than 10 times, but practicing I’ve got it . It does make a noise but your concentration is in your rhythm time will tell if I get in better shape, but it’s exercise at the end of the day . Keep moving.

It took almost a week to get the weight rotating smoothly but, after that it was great to use. The secret is not to try too hard. I found that small movements worked better, and persist, it will come eventually.
