why did they add chemicals dicalcium phosphate and calcium carbonate? Babies dont need supplements with synthetic vitamins?

We use calcium carbonate and dicalcium phosphate for calcium fortification and to improve the nutrition and texture of the finished product. Without the ingredients, the puffs become too hard for babies and toddlers. It is a gluten-free, natural, vegan, dairy and lactose-free element.
