Chairs take forever to assemble. Bad welds, misaligned holes, many flaws in the wicket weave including unraveled and broken straps. Once put together they are comfortable. May need to seal where legs attach to rocker. Will fill with water when it rains due to large gaps in design. I ordered 6. Boxes were totally destroyed on all 3 boxes (2 per box). Parts were missing from 1 of the boxes. Several parts damaged in all boxes. Huge headache. Now when I ordered replacements it will take 5 days instead of 2 like when I ordered. Rediculous.

I ordered 2 sets of 2 rockers to put around the fire pit by our inground pool. I ordered them at the exact same time in the exact same transaction with a gaurenteed shipment date of 6/8/16. On the gaurenteed shipment date I received 1 of the 2 sets & the packaging was heavily damaged. Through the multiple holes in the box, I could see the peices had significant scratches in various areas. When I called to report the damaged item & inquire about the 2nd set, I was told the 2nd set should be arriving on 6/10. Why they weren't shipped together & both arriving on the "GAURENTEED" shipment date is beyond me.To correct the damaged set, they picked up the package the next day and scheduled for the replacement set to be delivered on 6/14. The 2nd of the original order was delivered on 6/10 without damage. The replacement set arrived late in the day on 6/14 with moderate damage to the packaging. Fortunately the scratches to the rockers were in areas that you would really have to look to see them. Amazon made very little effort to compensate, refund, discount, correct really do anything for the delays in receiving my ENTIRE order on the GAURENTEED delivery date or for the damaged goods. If you can't fulfill your gaurentee,,,, then don't gaurentee!!!The rockers themselves are very attractive & the look I wanted around the fire pit. My 6' 4" 250lb Hubby fits comfortably in one. I found seat cushions at a local store to add some color.I do have one issue with the product quality. The rocker slats the the legs fit into, have too large of openings at the insertion area. The legs fit securely, however, due to the larger hole opening, the rocker slats fill with rain water & then slosh loudly & spill out water when rocking back & forth. I would imagine this collection of water/moisture would also be a lovely medium for mold, mosquitos etc.These cost too much money to have water sloshing & spewing from the rocker slats. It's embarrassing if company comes over & we haven't been able to 'drain' them out!

after a long search we decided on these chairs. construction was a little tricky but didn't take too long. these look great on our porch and seem well made. comfortable too, i'm 6' and 200 lbs and have room

Awful. The bolts do not align properly and they are difficult to assemble. Very very disappointed in these.
