I bought this underskirt for my daughter to go under her prom dress. For the price the quality of the skirt was great. All 3 hoops can be taken in or out of the skirt so you can choose if you want 1, 2 or 3 hoops in the skirt.The waist velcos closed but it can also be tied and is elasticated to fit.My daughter is 5ft 3 and the skirt came down to her ankles.Overall the skirt worked for what we needed and was a great price.

Great quality looks fabulous

Okay for cos play but not for a wedding dress. Whilst the frame holds up nicely, the fabric is really weak. Unfortunately, the smell of fish is what really put me off which was quite odd.

I bought this to use under a victorian style dress and it worked perfectly! If you're too large to utilize the velcro, they do have a string you can tie to tighten it. Worked great!

Just runs a bit small.
