Constant air flow. But can not use on commercial airlines flights due to the litium battery. So I have to use a regular mask.

First, what it's not:It's not for heavy duty workshop or industrial use. It's a bit on the cheap side and wouldn't hold up to that duty cycle.What it is:It'll provide some cleaner air in dirty environments like if you're in a city and the pollution bothers you.Pros:Not expensive (though it's expensive for what you really getCons:The mask itself is breathable, so as you breathe, some of that is supplied through the hepa filter, some is just coming through a cheap mask. Would be better if the mask were solid and just had a vent through which you'd exhale.Hose is also pretty short, wish it was longer

The fan is really too week to do any good. I can barely feet a bit of air coming into the mask. Also, the elastic strap is too short to go around my arm and thr tubing is very weak and kinks all the time.

The on/off switch is a pain to get to work. Grrrrrr
