It’s very hard for me to squeeze the pieces together to add links, take them away, put the hoop on and take it off. I actually had to get help to take it off because I couldn’t do it. Love that you can change the weight tho!

I bought this to do a little exercise around the house. While it's fun it's not very sturdy. It does allow you to take the pieces off to make it smaller or larger to fit your size so that's a plus.

At first, I was incredibly satisfied with this product. I found this product on social media and purchased it. I used it for almost 2 hours. It was easy to use and assemble. However, after closer inspection, a white powder was a product due to the high speed of the spinning bearing against the plastic. So I assume the white powder is just plastic but it still causes a bit of a mess. If that’s no big deal for you then I highly recommend this as a fun and easy weight loss tool. Overall, it’s a good and easy to use product.

I love this, and I am starting to get good at it. Best part is that I can use it in the house without fear of breaking something.

Assembling this hoop was super simple!!!! Even putting the ball on was easier than I though. The workout is harder than it looks. I admit I wasn’t a great hula hooper as a child but this takes true focus. Once you get, stick with it. It only day one, I had to take a couple breaks, but I’m committed. I should note, I’m typically a size 8-10 petite (mainly due to height) in pants and I started with 19 links.
