This thing really works. My core must be weak but I can only get this thing swinging around for like 5 minutes before I need a break because of the burn. It's pretty fun to use. I'll see how fast I can swing it up and for how long I can maintain the speed and then throttle it down for a break. Honestly, don't burn it until you try it, and when you do try it, your abs will be burning.Set up was easy, the adjustable clips easily connect to the customized fit of your midsection. Put the weight connector inside the hula track, and then just make sure the latch is fully closed. I think it's easier to get it started if you give the weight a swing around your body first.

This was a huge hit for the receiver and after trying it I also enjoyed exercising!

I wanted to loose a little weight around my middle, and this seemed like it would help me work my core. While I did develop a sweat, there are a few drawbacks from using this. The first is, like other have said and I was prepared for, it is loud. If watching TV or listening to an audio book, I had to turn it up two or three times my normal listening levels. The second, is that it is not nice to sensitive skin. On day one, I didn't tuck my shirt into my pants and got a couple pinches that opened up. On day 2, I tucked my shirt in and then developed a bruise around my whole midsection where the hula hoop went around. If you bruise easily, skip this product.

Product arrived exactly as described. Ready to use right out of the box just adjust to your desired waist size. Super easy to use and provides a nice smooth motion. Great for all fitness levels. I like to add some arm movements to add to the difficulty level.
