I didn’t realize when I bought it, but it’s a long strip. I love it! I can adjust the tightness and make it fit my curvier shape, unlike solid pieces with boning. I am really happy with this purchase. I wear it while I’m doing housework and it helps me realize when I’m not holding my stomach and posture right.

This trainer is amazing, I really love how it feels, it’s not itchy like some other materials. As soon as put it on I felt the added support. My mother tried it as well and she also loved it.She noticed right away that it corrected her posture.

Maybe for thinner body types. i have a few love handles, the band kept rolling up on me and didn't keep its tightness. Not very wide band. I'm 5'0, 155 lbs if it helps at all.

This waist trainer took a minute to learn how to put on but I eventually got it. It looks super nice under clothes, it doesn't look bulky. Once you get the hang of putting it on, it's smooth sailing from there. I like how it wraps around and holds in all the places you need it to, lol, I would definitely recommend this to a friend!

I regret buying this sooo much! Its does not work for plus size women . I bought it to boost my confidence after having 4 kids and it did not help it was difficult to put on, kept rolling, kept sliding. I honestly would not recommend to anyone!

Like the way it fits comfy then after while it gets aggravating. I’ll wear it thru out the day. More comfortable then the corset waist trainer.
