Bought these after being advised to take daily multivitamins. While some brands have minuscule amounts these contain excellent percentages of the recommended daily allowance. Reassuring that when I told my GP which ones I was taking he nodded and said excellent choice!

Bought it for my uncle and he said it liked it. Personally don't know much. He hasn't complained about any health issues with this or I'm guessing it's safe.

Probably not the best quality multivitamins on the market but they work and they are affordable . I certainly feel better for taking them .
