Miles Stellosphere Playset

Arrived in a bit of a mess when I purchased this! The box was torn and damaged and weren’t presentable for the birthday present I had order it for!I wouldn’t have paid full price for this as found pieces were flimsy and my son hadn’t no interest in it after 5-10 minutes

So, my son has recently discovered "Miles from Tomorrow" - thanks Disney+, and having got some money for his Birthday decided to buy this fairly expensive toy. Also, I'm aware the series got cancelled a few years ago, so these are fairly rare these days.However, there was much excitement on its arrival. Tempered a bit by the fact that the box the toy comes in was completely destroyed inside he out packaging carton. However, the "Stellosphere" was Ok, so we extracted it and assembled it.Firstly be aware it needs 2 AA batteries - not included, and there are some very fiddly stickers to apply, they are quite big, but they have very little tolerance around them. Besides the fact it's a fairly decent size, the toy goes down from here. It is made from very flimsy plastic, the third time my son opened the back, part of the hinge broke and flew off across the room. The hatch/landing leg at the front will not stay shut when "flying", there are several tiny bits - Miles's "boomerang" which is needed to use the zip line being one, the quite cool "doors" get stuck all the time and the sound/light effects are very disappointing - the top engine flashes, not the two lower ones. If you re used to the "quality" of the Paw Patrol Toys, you will be disappointed by how flimsy this is. Interestingly we have an older "Star Jeter", bought for my son a couple of years ago, without us realising there was a TV series! That seems pretty much indestructible, has great sound effects and has survived many exciting adventures unscathed. So overall, I would of sent the Stellosphere back - it's pants. But we can't get another, and my son would be heartbroken, so we will keep it, but I don't hold out much hope for the longevity of the toy that shed part of it's structure after 5min of play.....

If you like Miles From Tomorrow, then you will love the play value in this. It is very well made and has lots of opportunity to enact the adventures from the TV shows.

My son loves it but he did break it within a few hours of playing with it as the front stand is very weak needs to be tougher for a 4 year old to play with

My son loved it. However, I paid half price for it. Had I paid £60 I would have been disappointed as it is a flimsy product.

Nothing against the seller but the quality of the toy is not very good and unless u have child like hands some of the stickers r very hard to put on

terrible quality, once we forced together the broken parts and put on the wrong sized stickers it barely does basic functions. and doesnt close with all the parts attached. mercs neck was broken. i would return but my son saved his pocket money for months to buy this toy and would be heartbroken to send it back
