Well made and extremely easy to move around. Like that it is not heavy to begin with.

I had doubts as reviews were negative about the zipper, smell, & durability. I bought 2 of the 20" suitcase and each was used as a carry-on for 4 different plane rides and I love this luggage! The outer shell is a little flexible so it is more forgiving on packing your clothes. Packed full was still lightweight enough to lift in the overhead compartment on the plane. Zippers inside & out functioned fine. All 4 wheels rolled fine on concrete or asphalt, but on carpet it worked better pulling suitcase on 2 wheels. The retractable handle worked fine, but on the flimsy side when on all 4 wheels. However, reasonable price.

I have already taken it on 10 flights and it still looks and works like new. The common complain seems to be the handle but I would say that it probably feels weaker than it actually is.Zero issues so far. I was expecting it to already fall apart for this price.It fits more than you think and is very light. The shell itself is not super thick, so if you’re packing a lot of stuff and can’t close it - I wouldn’t recommend doing any manoeuvres which involve pressing on it with your knee.

The luggage is durable, looks great, light weight, fits in over head with room to spare. Was able to pack for a 5 day trip...it was tight but it held everything I needed.
