Powerful and on par with duracell

Not related to a certain, let us say, "eccentric" billionaire, these Tesla batteries come from a company in Czechia but are in fact - inevitably - manufactured in China.The marketing is somewhat confusing. These "silver" batteries are described as their "best alkaline battery line", but the "gold", which given the name you would expect to be superior, are also alkaline.The silver packet shows pictures of a keyboard, remote control car, and a radio. The gold shows pictures of a camera flash, torch, and a drone. This is consistent with the gold being of more power.But the pictures on this page also say that the "silver" are good for "electronic measuring devices and lamps", seemingly contradicting the logos on the "gold" pack indicating torches.There's also not a big difference between the price points of the "silver" and "gold", so are the "gold" really that much superior?And then I see that they also do a "blue" range and a "toys" range. To say that this is all hellishly confusing is an understatement.All I can say so far is that these batteries work fine. But more clarity is needed on the product range.

We wanted these for various gadgets in the house.This is the Alkaline type treble A size which some of our hand wash dispensers ,radios ,wireless computer gear, various remotes, clocks and one of the cameras use.You can run higher draw gadgets with them so the radios which tend to eat batteries and the wireless keyboards and mice(which need them to be leakproof) are the main contender.They are not rechargeable batteries.They have a 10 year shelf life which is excellent as it means you can store them for preppings and emergencies and know they wont have drained to nothing when you want to use them as some of the cheap brands do.These are leakproof according to the packaging.I compared the instructions with those of another leakproof brand that we have and noticed that the Teslas dont tell you to remove the batteries between uses as the other brand does.That would suggest to me that they dont expect them to leak if left in , which is encouraging.I compared the charge of these new batteries with that of the other brand's new batteries and they all read as 1.73voltsThey seem good quality and reliable and compare very well with the competition pricewise especially if you buy the larger packsWould buy in future

Not to be confused with TESLA the motor company, only similar in name.I can say that they work ok .. I cannot attest to say that they are better than a copper coloured variant which cost half as much. They are expensive so.Having done some research on this brand I can point you to a ytuber who did an in depth test on this battery brand and the results are pretty interesting. The tesla battery did not come out on top despite it's price but it's total capacity did exceed the copper coloured variant by only 100'ish mAh. Is it worth double the price?
