Q: How to adjust the binoculars clearly？

Dear Customer, 1.interpupillary distance adjustment Grasping the lens barrels and bending the body until you can see one circle of view. 2.Focusing Close your right eye and sight an object with your left eye.rotating the center focus wheel until the image is sharp and clear. 3.adjustment Open your right eye and close your left eye. Rotate the right eyepiece until the object sighted is sharp and clear. at last you can see the clear view now!

Q: Is it just a trinket or is it useful?

It has been very useful for myself. I took it on vacation and was able to see some foliage, and the water front lodge we stayed in. I keep it in our camper, except when we travel. It isn't big and bulky, heavy. It isn't one of the expensive ones, but it serves the purpose of what I need it for. I also purchased one for an adult for birthday. He liked it and enjoys using it on his property. '
