I love the smell, lather, and moisture this soap provides my dog. I really love that it's environment friendly with no plastic containers.

I've been bathing my two pups with this bar for a few months now. I really like the convenience of a bar soap as opposed to a big plastic bottle. It does get the dogs clean and their coats are soft afterwards. it will last a several more months as well.As for the negatives, I don't appreciate the scent. It's not terrible but also not pleasant. And it's strong- it lingers on the fur after the bath. The other thing is that I'm sensitive to something in the bar. After giving two baths the palms of my hands are itchy. I'm careful not to touch my face for fear of any reaction. I do have sensitive skin, so probably many people would not experience this effect.Overall, would I repurchase? Not sure.

This easy to use dog shampoo lathers enough and is gentle on my dogs skin. She smells very nice afterwards as well.

This product is NOT a shampoo bar . This product is Soap plain and simple. I use shampoo soap on my hair, this bar shampoo should leave my dog's hair soft , squeaky and clean feeling. This bar shampoo DOES NOT . The dogs fur feels stick, as if was washed by soap. I am very disappointed. I gave 3 start because it does do a decent job of cleaning the dog's fur from dirt. It also leaves the fur easier to clean with actual shampoo. So good , however the fur needs to be washed 2x to achieve the same results as 1x washing with any other dog shampoo.For comparison, my dog is a short hair Dutch Shepard, washed at least every other week.

I hate using liquid soaps, they can get messy. AND some have a strong after odor. This bar is easier to use on a dog and it lasts a LONG time! I have dogs with skin issues and this bar is great because it does not dry the skin out. The ingredients are perfect and my dogs coats really shine!

I used several different liquids for my Golden doodle bathing. I much prefer this bar ! It’s easy to use , rinses cleaner , and he doesn’t itch as much. His hair is soft, easy to brush after he dries . I did not use conditioner with this . I’m very pleased with this purchase .

Disclaimer, my dog does not have allergies - I just try new soaps every once in a while when I run out of the last, and I liked that this soap is climate-friendly/naturally derived. I was shocked to find that after I was done washing Watson, my beagle... MY hands were softer than before... haha! Unexpected benefit? Having a super sensitive nose, he at least "seems" like he does not like strongly scented smells, so I also like that this product is pretty low-scented. Fresh lemon smell, but not overpowering.

I used this on my dog and found it lathered up beautifully , unlike liquid shampoo's it didn't run off my dogs coat . Then one day I tried it on my own hair .... couldn't believe how squeaky clean my hair was , I've been using on myself ever since . No harsh chemical , nice clean feeling and shiny clean hair . I bought a few bars more as it's that good .
