The ball was lacking in quality but for the price does what you need. If you are a first time boxer or just looking to get fit then this is fine.I would not recommend for people who are in higher levels of the sport.

It's not round
Returned, bladder inside doesn't fill the bag at all. It's not round it's more tear drop shape. Not what I was expecting.
