This item was excellent.. it was nice and firm and comfortable.. It did not smell upon arrival, It held its shape. The filling was a soft but dense.. and functioned just as I was hoping. I was able to put it in different positions in case I decided to sit up or lay down more.. and it even worked out good after my shoulder surgery because I was going to sell it and my husband ended up going through acid reflux one night and needed to use it too..

I am writing this review to share my personal experience using this orthopedic pillow set that I have purchased from A2ZCOMFY on Amazon.I like this orthopedic pillow set because this set came with four wedge memory foam pillows, each pillow was designed to provide support and comfort to different areas of my body such as my back, head, neck, shoulder, and legs in a variety of positions.These wedge memory foam pillows have an ergonomic curved design that fits the contours of my body perfectly. Therefore, I will break down how I have been using each of these pillows:Small Head Pillow: This pillow provides excellent support to my head and neck when I'm seated. What is more, I have discovered that this small head pillow can support my lumbar when I am lying down with my back against the mattress. And I have been placing this head pillow right underneath my lower back since it is versatile, breathable, comfortable, and fits just right in the gap that had between my mattress and my lower back.The base pillow: Helps support my back, head, neck and shoulders, as well as supports the back pillow.Back Pillow: The back pillow supports my back, neck, head, and shoulders, and it feels so soft and comfortable on my back that this back pillow has become a must-have for me, especially if I am reading or working for a long time.Leg Pillow: After a long day of work, my legs often need some relief, and this leg pillow does provide some needed comfort and rest to my legs. Additionally, this leg pillow becomes a handy laptop support when I am sitting upright and place my laptop right in front of me which I appreciate.I also like that these wedge pillows are so versatile that I have been using them in different positions. These memory foam pillows are not just for the bed; I have used them on my sofas and even on the floor. Whether I am reading a book, sitting, sleeping, working, or just relaxing and watching a movie, these memory foam pillows enhance my comfort significantly.These memory foam pillows also came with soft and breathable covers that can be easily removed and washed, making maintenance a breeze for me.The non-slip design on the bottom of the pillows is another thoughtful touch. I realized after having to have an unexpected abdominal surgery in the hospital recovering that I definitely wasn’t going to be moving and sleeping normally anytime soon. I realized that the adjustable bed in the hospital was making me more comfortable and that when I was discharged I didn’t have this at home. These pillows to the rescue. Also, I have a bad lower and upper back so I knew I was in trouble. The first good nights sleep I have had since being home was the night they were delivered.The small lumbar pillow is tperfect. It’s not too big not too small ad because the whole system is good quality memory foam it is very forgiving, it easily slides up and down to change into the correct angle. But it holds its place and I’m a restless sleeper.The Leg angle is great because it isn’t attached so it doesn’t matter if you are tall or short you can fit. My mum who is 4’ 11” uses it every night for in home dialysis. When the time comes, I will get a set for my Dad because it will help prevent bed sores as well.Pros: adjustable, soft, comfortable, well manufactured, zip off covers on every pillow for washing, memory foam. Easy to use and clean, prevents bedsores, works!Cons: covers attract lint and animal furFeature I’d pay for: heating and cooling in the whole pillow system. Like an electric mistress pad with no lumps I already have. It would revolutionize the back pillow industry.

Comfortable

After a big spinal surgery, several weeks later, when I could sit up more comfortably, this was my go-to place to relax, read and even nap. The foot of my bed was the most accessible place for me to put this, but it could go anywhere. The triangular pillow worked well to put under my knees. It's well made, and I could not have found a better way to prop myself up in bed during my recovery.Of all of the things I bought to help in my recovery (lap pillow, lap table and more), this was the most useful item. I will continue to use it as support when reading. It's so comfortable!

I've been using this for less than 20 minutes and already needed to come post a review. I'm healing from breast reduction surgery, and haven't been able to find a sweet spot yet. Every position with this thing is a sweet spot. Seriously, I can't gush enough. I am SO comfortable. the immediate relief on my back is incredible. Please buy this. Probably the most glowing review I've ever made. The price was well worth it, and it's so soft and provides the perfect amount of support while being nice and cushy.

Does not really help my back. Not really worth the price. But it's too much trouble to try to squeeze back in the box and return.

I absolutely love this adjustable wedge pillow. Easy to use and very comfortable. Even bought one for a friend.
