Multi - use push up board
Great variety of push ups. Takes the guess work out of hand placement to target certain muscle groups.

Good push up board
good push up board. Comes with carrying case. easy to insert handles in clearly marked areas to work different muscle groups. Handles stick into spots and remove fairly easily. There is a rubberized grip to handles but would prefer it had more cushion to it. Have felt the results since using it and like how it helps direct hand/arms/grip to work the different muscle groups.

No resistance bands
First off, even though the title states there are resistance bands. There was none. The board folds up easily for storage. The handles offer good support and can quickly change to target different muscles. Great simple workout to add to your routine. Wish it had the bands though...

Great way to target muscle groups if you don't have a gym
I've seen similar push-up boards all over Amazon, but this one caught my eye. It's more than just the unique shape or because it looks well made. Nor is it that it folds up with ease and comes with its own tote for easy travel. It's because this one is the most simplistic, which sounds like an insult, but if you've seen the others, I mean that as a compliment. Easy to assemble, easy to travel with, easy to use, and easy to store, everything about this seemed designed with both people just getting started in fitness and seasoned fitness enthusiasts alike by making sure to clear the path for all to use their product with ease and without questioning if they're doing the exercise correctly. The muscle groups are very clearly written in bold and bright colors, each coordinated to a muscle group and marked as to how to utilize the gadget to best target each muscle group, which is thoughtful and handy. I would never have known all I had to do was push up at a certain angle to activate another muscle group. The listed muscle groups are the back, chest, triceps, and shoulders, so the legs are the only ones missing. Despite the push over the past decade to not skip leg day, leg day must stand alone when working solely with the device. Legs aside, this is a great, no-nonsense way to get started at home if you don't have time to go to the gym but still want to change your lifestyle. The cost as of this review is 23.99, and that's a fair price considering the prices of others and the features of the product. I recommended it to a friend the other day, who was dedicated to her dedication and wanted a gym membership. Still, with the economy the way it is, she wanted to avoid getting a contract at her local gym only to go twice, never use it again, and potentially waste all that cash. I told her the easiest way to know if she would use the gym membership was to pick up something like this and create a workout plan, dedicating time to herself to enact that plan for two months; if she was still hardcore into it, then she should consider it because when she arrives, she'll be all in and determined instead of on the fence and uncertain. Just a thought.

220-lbs Max Weight, Not 300-lbs
The "Upgraded Push Up Board: Multi-Functional Push Up Bar with Resistance Bands" is a decent product but the advertisement is misleading. My husband is a good 300-lbs and broad shouldered (56-in chest). I bought this in part based on the weight rating of 300-lbs as my intention was for both of us to use this. Granted, we are not standing on it, but I was really dismayed to see that the instructions say the base is rated for only 220-lbs. That is a big difference. The title of the listing says this comes with resistance bands which it does not. The photos were clear that this came with only the base, but it seems sloppy to set this up in such a confusing way. Details matter. As for the board itself, it is sturdy and easy to assemble. You pop in the little rubber feet, insert the handles, and start working out. I put this in my office to start developing some of my chest and back muscles on breaks and it is a lot better than having my hands on the floor. The grips are comfortable and non-slip even when a bit sweaty. The angles truly do work your muscles, although for a person as broad as my husband it isn't really wide enough. I am pretty average in width and get a good workout with it. I took a star off my rating because I hate feeling mislead, but the product itself is good.
