My wife suffers from neck pains and she absolutely loves the massager. She said it just the right amount of pressure. It worked great for a couple of months, then it just wouldn't come on or take a charge. I got in touch with Alljoy customer service and they were very responsive. After a couple of emails, the offered to send a new massager free of charge. Two days later it was delivered! I couldn't ask for better customer service!

This is a great product for anyone that needs a good massage.A few things I really like.1. It's nice it can be charged and it's very portable.2. Not bulky and it's easy to use too.3. It is very well put together too. I was impressed with the quality of it.4. The straps to help provide more pressure is very nice. At first I didn't think much of it but then used it and realized I like that feature.5. Small and compact.6. Comes with a charge cord.Overall I'm very happy with this and really nice with any knots or relief needed.

Works well. I almost returned it because it would not charge. I switched out the charging cord and it charges fine now. I also wanted to return it because it only ran for 10 minutes but, then I discovered that it actually runs at 10 minute intervals. I will go much longer than I first thought. It’s no professional masseuse but, nice to relive those tight shoulders at the end of the day.

I initially used the massager while seated, and last night I tried it out in bed. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was not uncomfortable at all. The added heat feature is a nice touch and enhances the overall experience. In addition to using it on my elbows, shoulders, and knees, I found it to be quite relaxing. So far, I am pleased with its performance.

Horrible it does not stay on after charging it. The battery life sucks. I hardly used it since I purchased it.

It was painful, but will try it on different areas of my body and not my neck.
