ZMSnow Laptop Bag,Spacious Tote Bag Fits Up to 15.6 Inch Laptop for Women Work Business School Travel

I work from home three days a week and also visit client sites a couple of times per month. I'm in the office two days per week. So I bought this bag to use with a laptop and charger that were issued by my company. I also slipped in a notepad, a journal, and a folder of papers relating to open projects I'm working on, and I keep a couple of personal items as well as a pair of headphones. I don't carry a purse, just a wallet, so it's important to me that when I do use my bag, it carries everything I need but doesn't have so many pockets that things get lost. I think this bag meets that need perfectly.It has one deep outside pocket on the back side, three "main" compartments (one wide, one med, and one slim). There's a fourth zippered compartment as well, ultra slim. Inside the bag are also a zippered pocket and a couple of stretchy pockets.Here's how I organized my stuff: stretchy pocket 1 holds four pens and a highlighter--there's space for about two more pens in that pocket. Stretchy pocket two comfortably fits a 3x3" standard pad of sticky notes. The outside zippered pocket on the back holds my headphones; the inside zippered pocket holds tampons, a stick of deodorant, a couple of hair ties, and a lip gloss.I mentioned three main compartments plus an ultra-slim zippered compartment. The zippered one is where I stashed the bag strap since I'd prefer to use the handles. I don't have another use for that compartment. The wide one holds my charging cord and my journal. The medium compartment (opposite side of the bag) holds my notepad and folder of papers for open projects. The small compartment is where I store my laptop.I have a home laptop that's a little bigger than my work laptop and it would also fit comfortably in any of the compartments mentioned--in addition to the smaller laptop.The bag is extraordinarily well-crafted for its price point. I assumed for the price I was spending I would get a product that would last under a year--I'm pretty sure this one will last me a sight more than a year--two or three at least. I would have paid easily $20-30 more for this quality. The zippers function well, the thing has a classy vibe, the seams are well-sewn, and the material, while obviously not real leather, is definitely not cheap either, and is quite thick, which gives the bag structure.It comes in an easy-open box, wrapped in a disposable, light-weight fabric bag. The handles are wrapped in plastic (but unfortunately, the metal parts aren't safe from scratches--I assume that's why it comes in the fabric bag). My main concern is that the product has its bottom folded up, much like a paper bag would be, which has caused--not so much a crease, but a bend in the bottom of the bag. I'm hoping that with some use the bend will go away, but it does give this otherwise-well-structured bag a bit of a slouchy look, unfortunately. That is my ONLY complaint, and some additional thought to packaging could easily have bumped this up to five stars. I think a bigger box so the bag doesn't have to be bent, and a little tissue paper to preserve the shape at the bottom, and that could be fixed.You'll get a note that asks that you please contact the seller directly if you find anything wrong with your bag and give them the opportunity to make it right. I appreciate notes like that after a recent purchase experience I've had with another seller.It's also just pretty. It looks professional and classy and has clean lines, which is exactly what I wanted. I ordered the coffee-colored version. If you're looking at my photos along with this, note that I couldn't get my phone's camera to capture the color of the bag correctly--its true color is about a shade darker than the darkest it looks in any of these photos.Once this bag finally breaks down, I will happily purchase another from the same seller, even if the price goes up, assuming the bend in the bag disappears over time and with some use. I can't wait to bring it out in public next week and hear all the lovely compliments I'll get on it.

First of let me tell you that this bag is beautiful! Great rich color brown leather (looks real and is thick). The strap is great, hardware and handles are well made. ALL THAT SAID... mine was defective. The strap connector was not sewn on on one side. Sigh. Obviously I am returning this. Another couple things that disappointed me are: the depth of the bag barely covers my Dell 15” laptop. It zips but the compartment for the laptop is shorter than my laptop so my laptop sticks out over it. It does still zip but if I added any files it would be too far and not zip. Also the padding itself is only one sided so the laptop is not protected by padding on the other side. If I had a smaller computer or just an iPad it would be great. But I don’t so it’s not. It does have metal legs and came with 4 things that I am not sure where they go (see pic)- they look like earbud covers so I thought they went to legs but nope. May have been an error that they were included. Overall, I’m not reordering this Bc it does not fit my laptop. Really bummed Bc if it was taller I would get a replacement. I guess the search continues. **** Update- changed from 3 to 5 star due to the above excellent customer service. Handwritten note of apology for items mentioned above and immediate refund with gift. Beyond happy with this company and will order from them again. The bag is beautiful and service is top notch and then some! Thank you!

I am really impressed with the quality of this bag. I bought the brown one and it's very classy looking. The color is true to what I saw on my computer so I was pleased. It has just the number of pockets that I needed. It's a sturdy bag and has some weight to it so if you want something light look somewhere else. I carry my iPad Pro (in a keyboard case), my 8.5 x 11 weekly planner and a 1.5-inch binder plus some charging cords and office supplies and there is room for more. I tightened up the handles so they would stand up stiffly and wouldn't flop around. The detachable shoulder strap seems sturdy. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Zipper broke within first hour of use. Very frustrating. I thought I got a new great sleek briefcase for my work trip- now it’s completely disfunctional. And I certainly don’t look well put together.Edit: I was very disappointed that it was dysfunctional for my important meeting at my new company. However, they sent me a new one and it has held up well and I’ve gotten many compliments. I keep it less than full if I want to close it- like on a flight.

I Like the way the bag looks. Very functional and like the ability to adjust the straps. It is well worth the money. I would suggest that the supplier uses a bigger box because the bottom was folded to the point where I needed to stuff a towel inside the bag for about a week until it straightened out. I like using it because it is attractive and it protects my laptop.

This was the second one I’ve purchased because I loved the first one. I bought the coffee colored one first and still use it for about a year now. I wore a spot on the top corner edge and a dab of shoe polish fixed it. I loved it so much I bought it in black for corporate travel. I really like the feel of the handles very comfortable. The shoulder strap holds up well. Money well spent for me. Looks really nice for the price.

Never been happier with a bag! It fits my 13" macbook air, my (thick) journal, a planner, 2 books, my knitting things, office sipplies, and tons of files. ALL AT ONCE! Mind you, it does get heavy depending on how much you put in it...but its perfect for my teleworking and traveling. Will be buying another when I wear this one out (which might be a while lol). (Been using it for a month).

A friend at work has this bag. I saw it and looked for it right away. The handles are all adjustable and the entire thing has a mice quality to it. The lining is nice . It would be a great work bag but I will use a s everyday tote/ purse. The price is great for this item.
