Nice level of flexibility and resistance, good length, quality is fine.

I needed a cheap but usable way to extend the range of exercises I can do from a seated position. This offers lots of possibilities without breaking my budget for lots of things I might never use.I even found I can adapt some exercises I did not think I could do.The only drawback is, it looks very cheap. It WAS cheap.I had some basic safety tests done, for my own peace of mind (less able user and all that comes with that) and it was strong enough for anything I had in mind. I did not have it tested to destruction, nor would I trust it to support my weight, but it does it's job as a resistance product.

Bought this as part of a home training regime.Very pretty not very strong, definitely not strong enough for pull ups!

It snapped in half after 4 days of use. :(

Great value for money. Does the job well.

I’ve ordered 2 of these and one of them snapped during my first workout using it. The other one is still in one piece and working well so it may just have been an unlucky or faulty purchase. Considering the relatively low price, I wasn’t expecting a top quality durable cable but the other working one has surprised me as it’s still working great even after a lot of use! I was after a cable with a heavy resistance but this one is more like a medium strength.
