I purchased an Energizer 7 LED 115 lumen headlamp from Amazon in 2014 and have been using it extensively around the house. But for some recent projects the light output was insufficient so I decided to look for a brighter lamp.There are lots of good choices in the under $20 category, but I was drawn to this particular model because of three features:1. 350 Lumens max brightness.2. Hand wave gesture mode for quickly alternating between Lo, High, and Off.3. Storage case included.The rechargeable battery was just icing on the cake! It's much better to have a rechargeable battery than to carry replacement batteries.Upon receiving the unit my first and immediate test was to check the brightness. If it didn't provide sufficient output, it would have to be returned. So I turned off all the lights at night, placed the unit on my head and flipped it on. The result: the entire large room lit up brightly! Brighter than I expected. Fortunately there are 3 brightness levels (in the non-sensor mode). Conclusion: More than capable for every job I have in mind.Next I tested the sensor, and it too worked flawlessly. It is more convenient to wave a hand instead of fussing around for the physical button! Glad someone thought of this.How it holds up over the long haul remains to be seen, but for now it gets 5 stars.

I have owned a few different headlamps before, as I do plenty of work in my garden after sunset. But a few days ago the battery of the last one died, it won't lit up even charged it over 4 hours. Then I ordered this lamp as I couldn't do anything in my dark garden without it. It's lighter weight than others I have tried, with a comfortable, adjustable strap. There are two buttons, one on the left for white light and red light, and another on the right for sensor mode. The lights are extremely bright and perfect for what I usually use it for.There are 4 clicks to this headlamp, High medium low strobe, and then when you hold down the button it goes to red and another click is strobe red. When you hold down another button it goes to sensor mode, you can wave hands to turn light on or off. I took pictures for it.The strap is extremely comfortable and stretches well without coming loose. It is easily adjustable, even while having the lamp on.Overall the headlamp is great. I'll buy more for my family as gifts.

I really like this headlamp. I use it every day. It's super bright, no batteries to buy, and the charge lasts a long time. My only gripe is the red lights are not bright enough. I use this to feed my animals in the wee hours and the red light is more pleasing for them. I can't see anything with the red lamps.

I bought this headlamp to run with and walk my dog in the dark. It is perfect for both. The only drawback is to know the battery life left in it. After noting how much I used it before the battery died, I found that the battery has about 1 hour of reliable life of high beam use. Keeping up with how much it is used is a pain and sometimes hard between uses if not used regularly. Recharging is very convenient using the moisture protected charge port on the bottom of the lamp. I don't use the different modes much, only the high beam but the other modes could be beneficial in some situations. The sensor function could be a convenience and a curse as I found when using it to run and raised my hand to wave off a bug and got put in the darkI liked it enough to buy a second one to use at work.

Works great, except for the rubber cover for the on/off switch came off right after I got it, other than that, it's a solid light, charges fast, holds a charge and lasts pretty long. Great for night time jogging, biking, etc.

This thing has a nice little case that comes with it. I'm half blind . This light has a kick to it when you turn it on.( no , not really) but it is bright . I just got it so I'm not sure how long it will go on a charge but I am impressed so far. Good price . I fish at night with bobbers at a distance. I think I'll be fine out there with this. Hit the button on the top right and it becomes motion sensitive. Wave your hand in front of it to make it go on or off Hit the same button more to the left and it will stay on or off. That's cool.

After the first three uses I would have easily given this product five stars. Nice comfortable fit. Very bright light. Illuminated road nicely. The fourth time I went to use it was at 12:30AM on a 200 mile relay in the Kentucky countryside, and it didn't work. All that works now is the red LED. Had to borrow a headlamp from a teammate. Can't recommend.

I love love love this headlamp!I work nights only and I use it on my full brim hard hat. Often times I’m writing on a clip board so I need both hands and this headlamp is the bomb!!!It has a bright setting, a dim setting, a strobe light setting and a setting for two red led lights.I only wish it came with clips to attach it to a hard hat.I recommend this product 100%I’m telling you, if you need a no hands light for night time, this is the one.Delivery was fast and it comes with a usb cable for charging and cool little case to store it in when it’s not in use.

I build models..this thing is perfect..I never loose the project in shadow and when they jump on the floor I can spot them immediately.Painting is much easier when everything is evenly lit up.

Very good, just wished the red lightsstays on as you wave the main light on and off.

Pretty good value. Good product as well. Still good after 3 week of usage. Just bought a second one.

I love this light. Comfortable strap and easy to operate. CAUTION: Never point this light into someone's eyes or else he/she will go temporary blindness because this LED light is way too bright.
