14pc Resistance Bands Set Exercise Bands with 5 Tube Bands, Door Anchor, Ankle Straps, Handles, Stretch Loop Band, and Carry Bag for Home Gym Workouts, Physical Therapy, Weight Training

For perspecive, I’m a 120lb, 5 foot 1 female, in reasonable shape as far as weighed exercises go; but I’ve never owned or used resistance bands before. I wanted a set that included the glute band, multiple band weights, and the little blue band this one had seemed useful as well. For the price, these bands feel pretty well made. The little round band is especially durable as far as I can tell, and has plenty of resistance. However, I found that the bands you attach to the grips were not as useful without a good door to anchor them into (I just don’t have room in front of the doors in my house), and, given my height, it was hard to use them for a lot of exercises effectively. This is not a fault of the product, just my not being well informed about bands and what to do with them. I simply modified the product a bit by cutting off the ends where the handles attach so I can tie them into loops and use them that way, which has worked so far. I would definitely buy from the company again, and would totally recommend this product, whether you use bands often, or are just curious to try.

The handles are well-designed and easy to clip on and take off.The complete set arrived in a timely fashion and also comes with a set of sample exercises, with illustrations...you can also find some excellent exercises on Youtube. The whole set fits in a bag that is also provided.I have not used the ankle straps yet, but they also look well designed. I would highly recommend this set.

I wish they came with a neat travel bag, but that's really just being picky. I love them none the less. Easy to use wherever I need. All depends on the types of workout you're looking to complete

I got these about a week ago, and I can honestly say these are the best bands I have used. They look and feel very well made, and are super versatile. My husband (who is a big guy) uses these more than his weights! The handles are not cheaply made, they are super rugged. The clips on the ends of the bands are metal, and we have put them through the ringer. Just a superior product overall, I highly recommend these for anyone, the average user or the heavy lifter.

Worthless....comes in a cheap bag, no instructions, nothing. Don’t waste time emailing the company for assistance, they don’t respond.

I love that it has so many possibilities!It’s super strong and just overall durable.It’s convenient for all sorts of home excercises and the best part is that the depth of resistance makes you feel like you’ve physically been to the gym!

This entire Resistance band kit is amazing. Very well made products that are extremely sturdy. Many different choices and band strengths to choose from. I would highly recommend this to all personal trainers or any workout fitness lover.
