I can't believe there are folks who expect this to pull DRY wax out of their ears. Anything that has that much suction shouldn't get within a couple feet of your ear canals. Jeez people!!! This device was made to replace q-tips for removing moisture from your ears after showering or bathing. When you get it, do a thorough cleaning of your ears with a product designed specifically for that (with the drops and little rinse bottle). Then every time you take a shower, use this instead of jamming a q-tip in your ear. The benefit of this over q-tips is it won't PUSH those tiny wax particles further into your ear canals and leave a big ball of wax in there after a couple months. It really is a great product for folks with some common sense and I'm hoping when I do clean my ears with the cleaning kit, I won't have a big, skonkin' ball of wax dropping out. And as always...think before you review!!!

this item showed up very quickly, and is a very good concept. Unfortunately you need more than content to have a good product. I just don't think it has the right amount of sucking power to pull out ear wax as it was supposed to. I had more ear wax stuck to the outside of the hose and whatever got something through it. Could just as easily have stuck with Q-tips.

I received the product, was packed well. The vacuum had very little suction as expected from such a small unit. Cudos to shipping/processing but the product is less than satisfactory.

Useful for water, as I had intended to use it, but if you wanted to suck out a tick or even ear wax you would need better suction.

Not , a bad product I primarily bought this for my father . I like the fact it comes with four small attachments that you can use for the ear . Although it doesn't come with batteries the customer has to provide them .

This item worked a little for a few days than it just stopped don't know why but checked it and it has absolutely no suction at all. I would not buy this again and I would never reccomend it to anyone, expect don't buy it. It's no good save your money.

But suck?...I finally placed a small hair on the counter and when placed close enough the machine did move it. Chances of removing ear wax and removal solution from an ear canal, 0.
