Disappointing. The coating bakes into and lifts with the baguettes.
Things I like...the overall form, the ability to bake a third baguette if I want, and its relative ease of cleaning.Then there's the ugly. The coating worked well for a little while, but now it bakes onto the bread and lifts off the pan...and this happens even when I very lightly grease the pan with a little bit of coconut oil, which I started doing because otherwise the entire baguette sticks to it. I can't bring baguettes to friends because the bottoms don't look nice, even though the taste is unaffected.I sent an inquiry to the seller but haven't heard back after more than a week.

Missing non stick coating straight from the package
Very disappointed in this item. There are numerous places with missing non stick coating straight from the package and I haven’t even had the chance to use it yet. I have purchased other St. Germaine Bakery and been very satisfied which is why I chose this item over the multitude of similar items on Amazon. I am disappointed that St. Germaine Bakery would provide such a defective product, though other than the coating the item seems well made. The 2 stars are for Amazon’s prompt delivery.

Paint/coating came off onto bread
The metallic black paint or coating came off all over the bottom of the bread by the second use.Had to throw it away.

Avoid unless you want to eat non stick coating with your bread
This product is a total failure as the non-stick coating isn't properly applied or formulated. I bake 75% hydrated baguettes. On my very first use of this pan, the dough pulled the non-stick coating right off during baking. That's the black specks in the first picture. When I flipped the pan over I found that the coating was scruffed off the bottom. This was just from sliding it along my granite work surface. Totally unsat!!

Nice-looking baguettes
Are you baking baguettes? You'll need this. In fact, you don't, but it gives your baguettes a bakery look, so I love it.
