worth its price
PROS:.1. Great Design & neat stylish Looks esp for work – black glass top, contrasting silver metal edging.2. Well made - heavy solid metal case including the braided cord.3. Sleek & Compact 4. Expensive looking at much lower price from Samsung or Apple.5. 2 in 1 charger for both, my iPhone and my watch, is so convenient esp for travel instead of carrying two different things - from that aspect, its price-friendly.6. Works well even with my heavy-duty case on the phone.7. The wireless part is neat – no fussing with cable clutters – I hated plugging and plugging for frequent use while charging – now I can just pick my phone & set it back down to start charging again.8. Provides stable surface plus anti-scratch& anti-slip rubber around the pad and bottom rings protects my phone.9. Love the metal shielded built in long & durable USB cable.10. Apple Watch is easy to place on the well defined cross.11. 1 yr replacement warranty and great after sales support.12. Charges very fast.13. Works well with my Samsung & my husband’s Apple phone.14. Surface around the top edge keeps phone from moving around on the charger.15. Heavy-duty and sturdy.16. I can put the phone down vertically or horizontally – in fact, you can actually fit 2 phones side by side, BUT - only the flat "+" charges - the other side is ONLY for Apple watch.CONS17. Doesn’t charge watch with its Sport Loop - the band gets in the way.18. Even though the Watch charging spot is slightly recessed, it doesn't magnetically snap into place.

Drained my batteries.
Do not use! This charger worked great for 1 month then it kept getting really touchy with needing the phone or watch in the exact right spot to charge. I kept waking up to either a watch or phone that was dead. Which is unacceptable considering that if I hadn’t put the item on the charger it should have had some life left in it since I never drain my batteries all the way in one day. I swear this started draining my battery instead of charging it. It stopped working <5 months of use

One of the best out of a thin selection
TLDR: If you want something sleek that can charge your smartwatch and phone at the same time then there is little else that will do it as well as this. My review was done with a Note 9.***I was provided a free review unit***Pros:• Well Designed (glossy ceramic like material)• Durable• Fast charging for most devices• Long cable• Plenty of space for a phone and a smartwatch• Warranty (1 year)• Works through a caseCons:• The second charging spot is strictly for smartwatches. Cannot use it to charge a second smartphone• Pricey• Could have a larger contact pad• No Fast charging for Samsung Note 9The charging pad itself is heavy and appears to be made of quality materials and therefore not an eye sore if you plan on keeping it out in a visible spot in your home. The weight of the product coupled with the anti-slide pads at the bottom cement it on the surface you decide to place it on. The pad offers plenty of space to charge both your device and smartwatch.However, seeing as though I do not own a smartwatch, I was hoping to use the second pad to charge another device but the groove is too deep to charge anything but a smartwatch that fits within in- one of my biggest disappointments. For any note 9 owners, this pad will not provide you with a fast-wireless charger solution. Also, the contact pad is a bit small as you do have to set it down a certain way for my device to charge. It's nothing egregious but it could have been solved by making the contact surface area a bit larger. These couple reasons area why I do not give the product a 5/5.With the absence the Apple AirPower little else will provide you the quality of this charging pad for your apple devices. As an android user, the 50$ price tag has me wanting just a bit more out of this product that if I had an Apple device. Nonetheless, it is a sleek charging pad that gets the job done.

The Best Dual iPhone and Apple Watch Charger Available
This is by far the best dual charger for your apple watch series 1,2,3 and 4 , iphone 8,XS and X max in the market . In my case i it works well with apple watch series 4 44mm with the strap on. Prior to using this product, i have tried at least 4 different types and they have all have failed miserably, This product is durable , elegant and overall very functional. For me it replaces my need to carry an extra charger for my phone and my apple watch. Also the chagers wire is enclosed with a metallic/aluminum rope which would prevent electric shock and leakage and will never break. below are my pros and cons for this product:Pros:- This product is very elegant and portable-The built quality is superior to anything on the market today- The dual charger is easy to use and setup . Also there are indicator on the device that shows the placement of phone and watch . Also, contrary to other reviews, the watch section does have a magnetic latch that pulls the watch in place-light weight and easy for to transport during commuting or in my case when i traveled away with it-Inexpensive compare to similar product in the market today.Cons;Honestly none , but the only thing i wished is if the product were available in other colors such as white or blue

Problems charging the watch
I really like the charger. The build quality is good. It feels solid and sturdy but with nice design. The phone charges perfect.But, I have an Apple Watch with a Nike band. The band is a little more rigid than the sport one. The curve of the band where it attaches to the watch makes the watch to lift a little. The watch charging section doesn’t have a magnet and that makes the charger to loose contact with the watch so it doesn’t charge. If you hold the watch down with your finger the charger works but removing the pressure of the finger makes it go up and stop charging.The watch section should have a magnet.
