For some reason my Bluetooth trackpad and keyboard have begun acting very erratically, so I've resorted to using USB to connect them. I was meaning to get a hub for a while, but this urgent need finally prompted me.It's small neat, has a nice blue glow when the power is on and most importantly has my keyboard, trackpad and printer, sharing one USB port on my computer. There is a 4th port if I want to plug anything else in.Can't fault it.

Initially I was pleased with this item. It worked fine but only for three months, then it just completely died. None of the ports worked. I contacted the seller who offered me a 50% refund. Not really good enough, even if it is cheap to start with. Spend a bit more and get something reliable.

**Edited** I purchased this device in order to increase the number of USB ports on my TV and it worked as I expected, for a little while. I had my Samsung Smart TV WiFi adapter plugged into the Zili along with my charge cables for my PS4 and Nintendo Switch and it worked for about an hour, but then everything stopped working. So, I unplugged everything and reconnected it but I still had the same problems as before.I have since found another use for my Zili, so it’s not all doom-and-gloom. I’ve given this product 4/5 simply because it stopped working with my TV for some reason.

Only used this for a day, then failed to recognise any devices. Operational light still works, but PC doesn't recognise anything when connected. Tried HDD, flash pen and mouse - not even at the same time - with no luck. Weird thing is the light still appears on the HDD so it's getting a connection but just not being recognised. Tried in 2 laptops as well as PC, same issues there. Shame

Plugged into Macbook. Have to unplug and plug back in devices such as mouse and headphones for device to be recognised. Swapped same set up for Anker hub which works absolutely fine

I use this USB hub to plug in a mouse, keyboard and headset to my laptop at work, which has limited USB ports. It seems 1 of the 4 ports on my unit is faulty and doesn't always work properly, but overall it was great for me. Lightweight, portable and easy to use.

Arrived with incorrect connection on the common end. Found adapter myself and solved the problem. The advert and picture are wrong. It has a mini usb not a standard usb
