Fitted to twin two stroke with a single coil that fires a wasted spark, IE two sparks per crank revolution. Checked it with a mechanical RPM meter to confirm. Working fine. Hope this information helps others.

Works perfectly. Users should note it comes set for 1 pulse per revolution I.e. a 2 stroke motor. If you have a 4 stroke you need to change to 1 pulse per 2 revolution.

Been on my bike two weeks and it's already unusable. Definitely not waterproof as you can see from the condensation build up inside! If your thinking of buying one the don't bother

Great piece of kit.

This product did work really well for a couple of weeks until we had some rain and colder weather, water got into it almost instantly. So if you are looking for a hour tacho for a generator that’s fixed to a vehicle and can’t be stored away I recommend looking for a different one. Even before the water got in, it was so misted up on the inside of the screen I couldn’t even read it anyway. It’s a shame as I was impressed to start with.
