I have had chronic back ache for a few years ...
I have had chronic back ache for a few years. I use this to prop up my knees when I go to bed. I sleep on my back as sleeping on my side was causing my hips to rotate. Using this bolster under my knees keeps my hips aligned, relieves stress from my back. I wake up in the mornings and am now able to get moving straight away as I am no longer stiff or in pain.

Relax its a great product!
Fantastic, high quality yoga bolster at a great price. Helped me continue with my yoga when I hurt my back and now that it's better I still enjoy using it for relaxation and meditation. A great buy, would highly recommend.

Perfect Transaction!
Have been wanting a bolster for some time to do restorative yoga at home and this bolster fits the bill perfectly. It is firm enough to support and much lighter than the buckwheat bolster which suits me well.

Lack of care
Pretty disappointed that after spending quite a large some of money, the bolsters came not in the best condition! Within the outta box each of the 4 bolsters plastic coverings were ripped & one has what seems to be a large boot print on it!Has this happened within the factory?The photo above shows it maybe not a as clear as seeing it for real. These are meant for students, to think they’ve been mishandled, not clean has greatly annoyed me.

Il bloster è molto bello sia nel colore blu che nel rosso .la tela è robusta e sono soddisfatta dell'acquisto.unico aspetto da considerare è il peso e l'ingombro,quindi è un articolo adatto a restare in casa o nella sede di e si fa yoga

Buon prodotto, peccato per l’imbottittura
Il prodotto è buono peccato che ha una imbottitura troppo rigida. Ho dovuto riempirlo con il farro per poterlo utilizzare a yoga altrimenti era troppo rigido

Il cuscino non rispecchia la descrizione...non contiene grano saraceno ma tantissima imbottitura sintetica che rende troppo duro e scomodissimo il cuscino!!!! Rivoglio i miei soldi!!!!

Bel colore e tessuto, non utilizzabile per lo yoga
Purtroppo come Bolster yoga non va bene, ha un riempimento sintetico molto compatto e duro.Non era una condizione irrinunciabile che fosse riempito di materiale naturale, potevo accontentarmi, però così non riesco proprio a utilizzarlo...Il colore è molto bello e il tessuto esterno è spesso e cucito bene ma purtroppo dovrò renderlo.
