The product serves the purpose and it blow drier is just too good

I use this hot air brush to create soft waves, and it works perfectly. It adds volume and creates natural-looking waves without the need for multiple styling tools. My hair feels full and healthy.

It stopped working in 1st use, I requested for exchange, Amazon told me to directly contact urban yog & gave their number, after multiple attempts and follow-ups , Defected product was picked up by urban yog, After pick up, they never gave me new product in exchange, Gave me so many commitments over WhatsApp, i raised complaint to Amazon also, I have not got product so far, Amazon is not helping at all, I have spent money but got only bad experience

The 3-in-1 design is so convenient. The brush is easy to maneuver and doesn’t tug at my hair. It’s comfortable and gives a professional finish every time.

Everything is good but so much hair stick to brush and it's not easy to remove...

Tried this product on both dry and wet hair to test its capabilities.• This took around 6-7 mins to do on DRY HAIR . Stays for 4-5 hours WITH heat protectant & hair spray. And around 2-3 hours without.The photo I included is when i used the urban yog volumizer on left side and my regular flat brush and hair dryer on the right (both on dry hair).•With wet/damp hair on the other hand, it took 30-35 mins (since i have thick hair). I also needed products like volumizing mouse/spray, heat protectant & hair spray to achieve the look I wanted. Otherwise it did not last as long and did not exactly look volumized just slightly straightened and shaped. With the products it lasted 5-6 hours. And without the product 1-2 hours.•Is it advertised correctly? Not exactly, but you would normally need 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 products for the outcome to look good whether you use tongs, a heat brush, straighteners or this product and so on.•Overall is it time consuming? No, I found that this takes so much less time than my previous method.•Is it worth it for its price? I would say yeah! Definitely is. Though the hair dryer could've definitely been a different shape. I feel like the hair dryer takes more time than say a philips hair dryer.•Is it bulky? Yes, but personally I don't find that a problem as I dont have the need to carry it around. I would say this is not portable.
