They do a super job of keeping a wound/incision completely dry while taking a shower. The instructions aren’t written - graphics/images are provided instead. Maybe I’m dumber than a box of rocks but I found them a bit tough to understand initially. One I used one, then it all made sense of how to apply it. As a tip: We used these to protect my wife’s incision from her hip replacement surgery. To keep the sticky side from being directly on her incision, we simply folded up a tissue to place over the incision prior to applying the waterproof covering. We held the tissue on her hip by sticking it down using two tiny bandaids - one at the top and the other at the bottom. Tape would work, too. The whole process worked well - no leakage! And very easy and painless to remove.

The adhesive tape works great. Keeps your wound dry. Best I’ve had.

I just had a shoulder replacement and these things are amazing they're easy to use you can start to peel the backing on it and just pull down over your dressing I used my chin to hold my dressing until I got this covering in place totally totally waterproof so comfortable! Kudos to this company! I have been through many procedures these things are a godsend! And the cutest thing of all was there was a little card on the inside that said "you're one tough cookie stay strong" I was like oh my God that is adorable and thanks I needed that and I will stay strong LOL thank you so much for this amazing product!

Flexible sturdy and stays intact during shower. Gentle on the skin but very clingy when back piece is removed

Needed something after hip surgury to cover the temporary tape after staple removal. These kept the area dry as required. I used a paper towel temporarily over the taped area to not lift the tape after removal. Used 2 at a time to make them a liltle wider. Bought 4x10, but might recommend 6x10 in the future...Bottom line is they work just fine as described...

As a retired nurse, this product is difficult to get on securely ( so water doesn't get a dressing wet) and is as equally difficult to get off the skin w/o accidentally pulling off any dressing.

Directions for use on pictorial only on the back of a 3x5” card which is not obvious to find nor understand. A few simple words explaining each step would be great. Obviously it becomes easier with practice but waste could be eliminated with some simple words by each picture explaining what I’m looking at and the method being used.

This product does take a few tries to get used to the application process, but after you figure it out it becomes very easy to apply, even in harder uneven areas, like under the armpit and over the clavicle.I put a paper towel over the port cover and keep it in place with small pieces of medical tape so that it sticks to the towel and not the port cover. I recommend using something to cover the site or it will stick to the bandage and pull it off when removing.This product is very easy to remove and keeps the port bandage nice and dry. I highly recommend. Just be patient with yourself for the first few applications. It does take a minute to find the best way to apply.
