Best piece from this cookware
I bought this skillet for my husband because he loves this brand. The pan is a good size and easy to use. I’m not particularly fond of Le Creuset cookware because they are so heavy. And even heavier and difficult to handle with food in the cookware. But this particular piece is my favorite.

Definitely one of the most used pieces!
This pan is so awesome, I bought a second one. It truly is an everyday pan. It’s an easy pan to clean as well. I’ve used it for frittatas, browning chicken and beef, pasta dishes and sauteed vegetables. I have a large family so sometimes I have both pans going at the same time.

Awesome everyday pan
I just received my everyday pan and used it last night. It cooks evenly, stays hot, and handles a 400 degree oven like a champ. Great product.

Very much an every day pan.
I own a lot of Le Creuset, and was excited to see this new pan. I have used it since it arrived - frying bacon, making fried rice, hamburgers, etc. It heats up very fast and has even heat (even on my electric stove). I had a Starfrit OnePot pan I was using before, and this pan heats up MUCH quicker than the Starfrit (I almost burned my bacon). There's only one downside for me, and it's minor - I just wish it was about a half inch wider and one inch deeper so I could make true one-pan/pot meals. I had to switch back to my Starfrit since it's larger and could handle 3 lbs of ground beef for my casserole base. It was then I noticed the difference in heat/cooking time. But, other than that, it really is a great every day pan, just wish it was a little bigger.

Heaven
I am a huge fan of Le Creuset. I have a Lodge pan similar to this one, except the Le Creuset is deeper (which is what I was looking for).
