Good he camera. Works well in low light.I’m sure there are better. But it’s great for the money.

I bought this camera because the one integrated into my laptop was very old and produced a pixelated image. This camera has been fantastic. The price was surprisingly low for the quality of the product. It's very affordable and incredibly easy to install, use, and set up.The image quality is good, and it has a built-in microphone. The only minor issue I've noticed with the image quality is that it has a relatively close zoom. The video captures a close-up view, and the field of view isn't very wide. However, this is a minor concern if you primarily use the camera for video calls.Another area for improvement is the camera's attachment to the laptop. It's not very sturdy or firmly attached. While you can adjust it to make it tighter on the screen, it won't ever be incredibly secure.Despite these minor drawbacks, I'm very happy with this camera. It's a significant upgrade from my old laptop camera and provides excellent value for the price.

Good quality video. Built in microphone.I use it to film the fishtank.With some DIY it is possible to change focal length: undo screws on the back, open the case, adjust the focus adjusting the lens screw.Works with Raspberry Pi (tested both live stream to YouTube and webcam server)Framerate in 720p is not perfect, but for that price you can't get better.

I v rarely write reviews and remain conflicted between leaving 2 or 3 stars as I found this did everything I need - good perching on top of computer screen without obstructing anything, multiple ways to have it standing or clipped on due to flexible holder, good microphone - no issues with people hearing me, happy with resolution (higher than that built into my high spec laptop in fact) BUT sadly it has ultimately been rendered useless/need to replace it due to the same issue commented on by several others - autofocus/field of view is bizarrely close. Nobody needs to see me that close up in the mornings, especially not my colleagues (or anyone else for that matter). Akin to the discomfort of accidentally opening your camera in selfie mode and seeing the v unflattering close up angle but nothing you can do about it. I literally have it ciipped to a hanger hanging off my curtain pole whilst I order a replacement - it is a shame as otherwise great value for money! if your office is set up that you can situate yours quite far away from you then could work, all other features fine.

Got this for my elderly parent, to use on teams. one they had was so old it it wasn't supported on windows 10. so purchased, which was on a deal - delivered next day, not sure how they make money on these as was about £6 with next day delivery. Anyway remoted onto my parents PC and got them to plug it in, could see it getting reconized and auto installed drivers. Tested teams and it worked straight away. Camera is 720p but image is perfect for what we want, sound is OK - could improve maybe with headphone and mic - so did the job, and did it well

Performs really well for the price. It captures video smoothly but limited to 30 fps (fine for the price). Great for video calls. It does have a mic built in that can do the job but does feel/sound robotic slightly. The video captured can be on the lighter side but I'm sure there are programs/settings where you can dim it down, and make the mic clearer also. Yes it does not latch onto the monitor, so it can feel flimsly at first but anchor it well with its leg against the back of the monitor, and the webcam is not moving! Tough to beat at the price.
